What is your minimum part order?
We don’t have a specific minimum order quantity; however, raw material minimum order quantities, development, plating or other processes often dictate that one thousand pieces is the minimum economic order quantity. In all cases, we will work with you.
How quickly can we get a quote turned around?
If we have all information needed, we’ll turn a quote around within 24 hours. You can either call us directly at 973-483-5154 or complete our RFQ form.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, we often work under NDA.
How do we open an account with you?
We require three trade references and one bank reference to complete our credit approval process, which normally can be accomplished within one week. Once open account status is approved, our terms are ½% 10 days, Net 30 days.
Do you provide completed assemblies?
No, we don’t provide completed assemblies. We manufacture the pins, terminal ends, connectors, leads, etc. that go into many assemblies, including injection molded parts, electronics, hermetic packages, etc.
Which materials do you work with? Can you help with material selection?
We work with all formable metals, including exotic alloys. Please see our Materials page for a complete list. Yes, we can help you choose the best material for your part.
We need a custom part, but first need a prototype. Is this a service you offer?
We can work with you to create tooling for a new part and then provide you with samples. Once drawings have been finalized, we can then provide the production runs.
Do you provide passivation of parts?
Yes, please inquire.
Can you provide parts at specified intervals during the year?
Yes, we often do a full production run for customers and then hold parts in inventory until the customer needs them.
Which certifications do you hold?
All systems and procedures used in our manufacturing processes comply with MIL-STD-I-45208A and MIL-STD-Q-9858A.
While are we are not officially ISO certified, we have passed dozens of customer ISO audits.
